And what is a helmet? It’s a form of “protection” for our heads, our brain, our thoughts. We get to pick and select what we think about, when we battle with a negative thought, we defeat it with something positive, which we can find in God’s Words.

Shield of faith
What is a shield? It’s a form of protection, for warriors, it can be something that a warrior can use to repel something solid that would harm their bodies. In the olden days, it could be arrows, rocks, javelins, something deadly that can either injure us in a major way, or can kill us outright.
