That’s all I can call it because I don’t want to give them free advertisement. LOL!
It’s surreal having to “purge”, like “trash” more than 5,ooo files that were manually done that made up the app, that took me years to complete. But God …
God helped me and guided me because I massively prayed and prayed on what next steps to take.
After I did the change from the Domain Name Registrar on which domain name server to point the Domain Name ChristianLifeGroups.com, it only took minutes, before the switch actually happened.
Days ago, I already put in all the necessary “additions”, so it was just a matter of it getting propagated. I took this screenshot, as I converted to the Under Maintenance picture.

and the bottom part…

The Cross was for me to get the guts to go on ahead.
Next step was purge Posts, Pages, Media Files … thousands of them.
And you know what scripture came to my mind as I was doing it?
When Jesus said, “Shake the dust off your feet.” … for those who don’t believe? And I guess also for those who hack your website with clickjacking, and then totally wipe out and destroy the other websites.
I know in my heart, God protected ChristianLifeGroups.com, with only the techforum part getting switched with a new theme, that the oldwebhost just did (even if in those forums I wrote “DO NOT CLICK ANY UPDATES because it will overwrite all the customizations. I even left notes on the Backend, viewable by text file, I wrote HEY_OLDWEBHOST_READTHIS.
Anyway, so it’s Go Bye bye! It is taking me MONTHS to migrate all these sites. I wanted to do it safely so I don’t mind rebuilding from scratch. 🙂
I verified from the NewWebhost that the Domain Name is already pointing to their servers.
So I am FTPing WP Core, because I will make a Brand New Installation, and then copy files from CLG.org, that I created as a BRAND NEW Mirror site.
Thank You God for your help! 🙂

And this is the little old WP Theme I built sometime in 2016 (?) don’t remember exactly, and I have used and reused and tweaked and customized that theme … it had a version 1.0.0, and it never needed any updates, because the way I built it, it works by itself already.
And that Simplified Theme was the thing that sorta alerted me that my websites were getting clickjacked. Because all those Navigation Menu’s were hardcoded.
So, remember to do that. 🙂
And now the rebuilding of https://www.christianlifegroups.com/ begins….
I just purged one database, and then it says “No database connection”. Touched base with Newwebhost, and it shows as propagated in the DNSChecker…
Will check in a bit, but thought I’d leave this link here, for when I continue on with the other websites to migrate….
https://dnschecker.org/#A/christianlifegroups.com
Here you go, I see it now…
I think it’s done. Mirrored back the mirror. Ill be checking the rest of the link checking 2700 + something… because there will surely be a lot of dead links that needs fixing.
It’s not so bad though.. then I’ll also change /share/ to /blogs/ … for now, this is good.
Tomorrow is another day.
For reference to check tomorrow…

4) 2018 – Matthew KJV Audio Page
5) 2018 – Tech Forum Pages

6.1) 2018 – Share Forums Events and Conference Calls (VOIP Online Phone) Page
I also finished rebuilding the WP Menu (which is a manual process). Like I mentioned earlier, the first version that I saw “AFTER” the clickjacking episodes were ALL the 3000+ Pages had those types that says “do you want to automatically add Pages to the Menu?”.
Whoever did the hacking on the site must have clicked that also in the other pages, so at first, I saw a couple of thousand links on the WP Menu. LOL!
So when I did reconstruction through backups, that was when it made sense to me what was done, and what happened. So I fixed it all on CLG .org, so that come the migration, CLG .com was only down for a couple of hours.
Anyway, I also had to look for an older version of the Chat because the oldwebhost ALSO did those “updates” when my customizations were on a separate older and more secure version. So I also nuked it and replaced it with the safer and more stable version. So here’s the screenshot, so that is done.
Next in line of my TO DO would be the archives portion of both the “Tech Forum” and “Share Forum” which is “no more” – for the security of people who might want to join it, I just closed the forum, because of all the almost expected spam attempts. Plus it couldn’t be migrated easily, and I don’t want to frustrate people if they post there, and then IF EVER the site would have to be moved, their posts would disappear. So I just converted those important posts and topics into blog posts, also for portability. And will just maybe use one comment page, that will be open for feedback. We’ll see.
The WP Full Menu links of CLG . com and the Chat is also BACK. 🙂
This is a brand new WP Installation in another portal from within CLG . com.
The path will be changing from /share/ to /blogs/ 🙂
I fixed the menu on the Main site, and removed links (that I could find) to the old Tech Forum and Share Forums.
The rest of the articles, I just unlinked. I will also nuke the CLG sandbox at the CLG. org, because that might be another vulnerability that spammers would try and attack. One less website for them to try and hack.
On the share buttons below, I also tweaked the codes that directed to the old CLG forum.
Or not. Will serve as a good online backup. Mirror site. 🙂
I closed CLG. org and share (thanks! For the Sandbox!) (Because I was getting confused with switching from /dotorg/, back to /dotcom/ AND , and then from /share/ to /blogs/.
I have been updating different menus as well both from the Main site, then the blogs site, and then the additional Audio Gospel portal (CW Simple Site).
Tomorrow is another day. 🙂
