These days we have laws on protecting the safety of all, with specific punishments or penalties for violence inflicted, against women, children. Part of the so-called “vulnerable” population.
But assaulting a pregnant woman, is the height of cruelty. Since an assault intended for the individual – the mother, has the double consequence of hurting both the mother and the child.
In the present day and age, yes there are laws. The perpetrator will be punished.
If the crime was actually “reported” to authorities.
What if the woman ended up too sick, too frail, too dumbfounded, too scared, too embarrassed, too controlled and too manipulated to tell another single soul?
Where is the justice?
And so there goes, the “suffering in silence” and the scared “acceptance” of the lie that “she brought it upon herself”, or that “she deserved to be assaulted.”
Then it gives birth to “phobias” or “PTSDs” (Post Traumatic Stress Disorders), and it seems to really just weigh heavily and more apparently in the victim.
There are some who just spiral down into the abyss of depression, and then you hear about victims who were able to “rise above” these sad situations and then end up helping others in similar situations to “break free” and be “free”.
The God of this universe, Almighty God sees ALL, knows ALL. God is a God of love, but He is also the God of justice.
And justice WILL come, in His own perfect timing.
22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.
23 And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
25 Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
– Exodus 21:22-25
.
These days, some man-made laws have “legalized” abortion. They may use terms like “viability of survival” or the “fetus is not viable”, or they can sugarcoat it any way their evil minds like, let’s call it for what it is …
… it is murdering a baby.
There’s nothing legal about that.
And the same Laws of God applies, in the situation above described. God’s Laws are above all man-made laws.
Some pregnant women may have chosen to abort their babies themselves, by going to abortion doctors.
And then it becomes, aiding and abetting a crime against a baby. The murder of a baby.
These are not really “doctors” these “abortion doctors” – since the respectable name “doctors” – are meant for those people who help “heal their patients”. These types of “abortion doctors” are just plain old “evil baby butchers”.
The same Laws of Almighty God applies, to both the pregnant mother who chose to murder their own baby, and the abortion doctor. Sorry, there’s no excuse for choosing to murder an innocent baby. God said so:
22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.
23 And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
25 Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
– Exodus 21:22-25
.
These days we have all been so deceived by what is permissible and what is not. Based on what “man says” is permissible.
We are all made in the image of God. God created us all. And we have an “inherent” goodness in our hearts, that often “wrong influences” can pollute.
Read the above scripture, what does it tell you?
God made these laws, because He wants “order”.
Breaking these rules have consequences. Not because God is power-tripping, because He is ALL POWERFUL already. He doesn’t need the “trip”. In His infinite wisdom, He knows that those who break the rules, will end up hurting themselves in the long run, that was why He warned about them.
He created these rules, because He knows how bad the consequences will be for the perpetrators and the victims.
The perpetrators will continue to be and feel “enabled” – because they got away with their crimes. They will just keep on doing it and hurt more and more victims.
The victims will have all these bad memories that will haunt them for the rest of their lives.
And both will have these evil spirits of depravity, confusion, delusion, unforgiveness, that all results in hardened hearts.
Are these people forever doomed?
It depends.
God is a God of Mercy, too, only IF ONE REPENTS and confesses their sins before God and ask for His forgiveness. Jesus our Savior will empower you to change, for as long as you stay with Him and seek Him continuously so that you will no longer fall into temptation.
It’s a bondage to the slavery of sin, and the consequences of sin.
That’s why Jesus came to this earth, to set people free from the bondage of the slavery of sin that comes in all different sizes and forms and shapes and circumstances.
God does not want us to sin, because all these sins have consequences that destroys people.
And man has been blinded by sin, enslaved by sin.
Have you been a victim?
Are you a woman, and was assaulted while you were pregnant?
Anger, unforgiveness, humiliation, embarassment, confusion, being “in denial”, covering up the crime, excusing your perpetrator (that’s lying, if you don’t call it what it is). Sounds familiar? Those are evil spirits that can gain an evil stronghold in your heart. Confusing you and taunting you.
And they will stay there like squatters who will continue to taunt you for the rest of your life until destruction, if you don’t call them out, and cast them out. Jesus did this – called them out and cast them out.
1 They came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes.
2 When He got out of the boat, immediately a man from the tombs with an unclean spirit met Him,
3 and he had his dwelling among the tombs. And no one was able to bind him anymore, even with a chain;
4 because he had often been bound with shackles and chains, and the chains had been torn apart by him and the shackles broken in pieces, and no one was strong enough to subdue him.
5 Constantly, night and day, he was screaming among the tombs and in the mountains, and gashing himself with stones.
6 Seeing Jesus from a distance, he ran up and bowed down before Him;
7 and shouting with a loud voice, he said,
“What business do we have with each other, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore You by God, do not torment me!”
8 For He had been saying to him,
“Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!”
9 And He was asking him,
“What is your name?”
And he said to Him,
“My name is Legion; for we are many.”
10 And he began to implore Him earnestly not to send them out of the country.
11 Now there was a large herd of swine feeding nearby on the mountain.
12 The demons implored Him, saying,
“Send us into the swine so that we may enter them.”
13 Jesus gave them permission. And coming out, the unclean spirits entered the swine; and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea, about two thousand of them; and they were drowned in the sea.
14 Their herdsmen ran away and reported it in the city and in the country. And the people came to see what it was that had happened.
15 They came to Jesus and observed the man who had been demon-possessed sitting down, clothed and in his right mind, the very man who had had the “legion”; and they became frightened.
16 Those who had seen it described to them how it had happened to the demon-possessed man, and all about the swine.
17 And they began to implore Him to leave their region.
18 As He was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed was imploring Him that he might accompany Him.
19 And He did not let him, but He said to him,
“Go home to your people and report to them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you.”
20 And he went away and began to proclaim in Decapolis what great things Jesus had done for him; and everyone was amazed. – Mark 5:1-20 (NASB)
.
You have to break free, and you CAN break free. But not on your own. Jesus Christ will FREE you. Because only He has the power to free you. Not anybody else, no potions, no guru repetitive prayers, no statues, no medallions. Jesus Christ. that’s why He is called The Savior.
34 “And He healed many who were ill with various diseases, and cast out many demons; and He was not permitting the demons to speak, because they knew who He was.” – Mark 1:34 (NASB)
.
The One who died on the cross to free humanity from the slavery of sin.
The humans, that is, who will call on Him – Jesus Christ. Not some “go – betweens” or “mediums” or some religious concocted “gods”.
Go to JESUS CHRIST who is the only One who has the power to save.
Jesus said to him, “I am The Way, and The Truth, and The Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” – John 14:6 (NASB)
.
The humans who will seek Jesus Christ.
The humans who will know Him.
The humans who will believe in Him.
The humans who will follow Him.
The deception of the devil is to fool people that demons do not exist. And of course they do, and they are still in this wicked world.
How else can anyone explain the “evil” that possesses people to do these abominable things?
14 And He was casting out a demon, and it was mute; when the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke; and the crowds were amazed.
15 But some of them said,
“He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons.”
16 Others, to test Him, were demanding of Him a sign from heaven.
17 But He knew their thoughts and said to them,
“Any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and a house divided against itself falls.
18 If Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul.
19 And if I by Beelzebul cast out demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? So they will be your judges.
20 But if I cast out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.
21 When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are undisturbed.
22 But when someone stronger than he attacks him and overpowers him, he takes away from him all his armor on which he had relied and distributes his plunder.
23 He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me, scatters.
24 “When the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and not finding any, it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’
25 And when it comes, it finds it swept and put in order.
26 Then it goes and takes along seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first.”
27 While Jesus was saying these things, one of the women in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him,
“Blessed is the womb that bore You and the breasts at which You nursed.”
28 But He said,
“On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.”
– Luke 11:14-28 (NASB)
.
How can we get help from God?
14 If my people, which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” – 2 Chronicles 7:14
.
Notice the steps in what God said:
1) “If My people, which are called by My Name,” (because there are other people not called by God)
2) “shall humble themselves,” (because it is usually the sin of “pride” that causes people to sin, exercising the virtue of “humility” helps people see things for what they are – sin is sin, black is black, white is white, you see things more clearly when you are humble, meaning “no more pride, ditch the pride, since pride only leads to destruction)
3) “and pray,” (how do you pray? Do you pray out loud, or quietly? Do you kneel down as an act of reverence towards this Holy Almighty God? Or do you just say a quick prayer “please bless me” or say up some random prayer or memorized prayer and hopes He interprets it and figure out what you are praying for?)
4) “and seek My Face,” (do you seek God, in His Word, in scripture – do you read the bible to get to know Him, through the bible, and see the world through the filters of God’s words?)
5) “and turn from their wicked ways;” (and how many times do we all “knowingly sin” or “knowingly do wicked things”, and then expect God to help us, or hear our prayers – here’s the thing – we ALSO have to do our part! “Turn from their wicked ways” just means, don’t do it again! Don’t do the things that you know are wicked! Turn FROM, not turn TO. When people don’t change, they just turn TO their wicked ways, over and over again, when God commands turn FROM their wicked ways. Doing the same old wicked things, just forms wicked habits, and it becomes harder to get out of – that’s the effect of evil strongholds! Notice the above scripture – the stories of Jesus casting out demons – why? Same reasons why TODAY, we still need Jesus to save us from the same evil strongholds!).
6) “then will I hear from heaven, ” (God is Holy – He will not condone evil.)
7) “and will forgive their sin,” (And God does what He says.)
8) “and will heal their land.” (He fulfills ALL of His promises. He is able and capable of HEALING people, and healing a country, One Nation, UNDER GOD).
Let’s all hope and pray that these Words of The Lord (in red font) will pierce through – so we can all have a better understanding of the God we must acknowledge and reverence as God. The God who created this planet, and every thing in it.
The God whom we can all choose to serve, rather than serving the god of wickedness.
23 “He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me, scatters.“ – Luke 11:23 (NASB)
.
God provides protection to those He call His. His people, His children, His sons and daughters.
6 But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret,
and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
7 “And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words.
8 So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
9 “Pray, then, in this way:
‘Our Father who is in heaven,
Hallowed be Your Name.
10 ‘Your kingdom come.
Your will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
11 ‘Give us this day our daily bread.
12 ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’14 For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
15 But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.”
– Matthew 6:7-15 (NASB)
.
Forgive your transgressors from your heart. Pray to Jesus to heal your heart.
We cannot change people, but we can always change, with Christ’s help, our reactions to these types of “lost people”. Lost, because they do not even realize the damage they have caused to their victims, which sometimes could last a lifetime.
That’s why we can pray for healing, and we must also pray for our enemies. In our act of praying for our enemies, we can also help ourselves in not allowing the sins of unforgiveness take a stronghold, again and again, in our hearts.
Because as Jesus taught and warned:
24 “When the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and not finding any, it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’
25 And when it comes, it finds it swept and put in order.
26 Then it goes and takes along seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first.”
– Luke 11:24-26 (NASB)
.
And the “Spiritual Warfare” that other Christ Followers talk about and share, is as true then as it is NOW, it is as REAL as these words you see and read.
There’s hope and healing for all those who believe.
There is no sin that Jesus didn’t die for in order to deliver you from.
Repent. Ask for God’s forgiveness. Ask for His help.
Get born again. Not the ritualistic, “New Age-y” “born again” – get born again as Jesus taught here about “The New Birth” in John 3:1-21:
1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews;
2 this man came to Jesus by night and said to Him,
“Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him,
“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him,
“How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?”
5 Jesus answered,
“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’
8 The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
9 Nicodemus said to Him,
“How can these things be?”
10 Jesus answered and said to him,
“Are you the teacher of Israel and do not understand these things?
11 Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know and testify of what we have seen, and you do not accept our testimony.
12 If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
13 No one has ascended into heaven, but He who descended from heaven: the Son of Man.
14 As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up;
15 so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life.
16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
18 He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil.
20 For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21 But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.”
– John 3:1-21 (NASB)
.
And then put on the Armor of God.
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.
14 Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,
19 and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,
20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” – Ephesians 6:10-20 NASB
.
And plant the seeds of God’s goodness and deliverance share what you have learned with others.
Our job as Christ followers is to help “spread the Gospels”. Spread the Truth.
1 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up some other way, he is a thief and a robber.
2 But he who enters by the door is a shepherd of the sheep.
3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
4 When he puts forth all his own, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.
5 A stranger they simply will not follow, but will flee from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers.”
6 This figure of speech Jesus spoke to them, but they did not understand what those things were which He had been saying to them.
7 So Jesus said to them again,
“Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.
8 All who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.
9 I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.
11 “I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.
12 He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who is not the owner of the sheep, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and scatters them.
13 He flees because he is a hired hand and is not concerned about the sheep.
14 I am the good shepherd, and I know My own and My own know Me,
15 even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.
16 I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.
17 For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life so that I may take it again.
18 No one has taken it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own initiative. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This commandment I received from My Father.”
– John 10:1-21 (NASB)
.
Be ready and prepared for persecution, as you will be falsely maligned, accused, judged.
Share the Gospels anyway. Never be afraid to speak the Truth. Because God has got your back.
‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ – Isaiah 41:10
.
