The parents were Isaac (Abraham and Sarah’s son), and Rebekah.

Rebekah gave birth to twins, Esau and Jacob:

“28 And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.” – Genesis 25:28
