1. I have notifications on broken links if I get that activated so for CLG, there are thousands upon thousands of links ….

   … just imagine when I took on the project years ago, I ended up using the forum software to help me organize thoughts, structures, links to scripture, as I was publishing articles, a LOTTT of backlinks.

   That was how and why when I first saw the problems in the 25+sites, I ended up going through all the forum posts. Convert the important ones into regular blog posts.

   So when you nuke a forum, there’s a lot of backlinks lost.

   I think I was able to get the important topics manually copy pasted and converted into blog posts with the timestamps preserved.

   I did all the fixing of broken links today. For BOTH the old Tech Forums and Share Forums – merged into this portal “Blogs” …

   I also did a lot of brainstorming with CG and also manually trying to do a fix for CW Simple Site.

   I was able to do the Audio Gospels using that as a FIRST assignment for that software.

   And wow! I couldn’t figure it out late last night early this morning … God also helped figure it out. I even went back to the “Time Flies” page, where I’ve posted milestones, it was like, God really helps, a day at a time.

   So as I was trying to box CW Simple Site as a “package” so I can deploy it in the other websites ..

   … I thought the CW CMS was an apt domain name to get. But it’s already taken, so I ended up with CMSbyCW … same thing. I think I blogged about it in another website (so when I merge all these different blogs, it will be redundant! LOL)

   As I was re-checking and fixing the broken links, maybe a couple hundred broken links, I expected it, because imagine one portal having thousands of posts.

   It’s fixed.

   While I loved the Forum software, it was just sad that it couldn’t be easily ported to another host, also sad that any webhost can just overwrite your customized themes too.

   That’s why I know I am moving to the CW Simple Sites with majority of these websites, and also CMSbyCW.

   If I can get all that to work, maybe these software package also can help others.

   They can buy it. So I can buy pizza with it. 🙂
